• Account data from GitHub sign-in (GitHub ID, login, name, email, avatar URL) for account provisioning (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• License and payment data (license-key hash, plan, activations, invoices) for contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments are processed by the external provider PayPal.
• Usage data (e.g., device/machine ID, timestamps) to secure license activations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Server log data to ensure operations and IT security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients / processors

Processors are used to provide the service (including hosting/cloud providers, PayPal for payments, and GitHub for sign-in). Processing agreements are in place where required.

4. Retention period

Personal data is deleted once it is no longer required for the stated purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g., accounting/tax retention for invoices).
